MEDICAL EXAMINATION FOR REPLACEMENT OF FOREIGN DRIVING LICENSE

The medical examination for the exchange of a foreign driving license is designed to ensure that the applicant meets the health criteria necessary for safe driving.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION INCLUDES

• Vision test
• Psychological evaluation
• Examination by an occupational and sports medicine specialist

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

• Personal ID card or passport
• A certificate from your Croatian general practitioner (not older than 30 days), including a summary of your medical history
• A signed personal statement confirming your health status, if you do not have a Croatian GP
• Any relevant medical records if you have existing health conditions
• Eyeglasses or contact lenses, if you use them
